Try to learn all you can like the other woman mentioned,also live as healthy a lifestyle as you can because any additional stress on your mind or body can make your RSD worse or aggravate your symptoms. Ask your Dr what are the best reputable sites to look for info.You can get RSD from simple trauma it doesn't have to be some catastrophic major event.I've had it since 1997 and it can really drain you.I hope you have a good support system.Don't be discouraged,it ca be tough because people have a hard time relating,and it's really difficult explaining a disease you don't understand yourself and people keep asking you about it. Good luck.
