Since you are in pain, I would like to know the reason why you are on that pain-killer? If you think that a person who had the first hand experience with the pain itself and dealt with the pain for 5 long years CAN help you, send me an email at ssoberano@comcast.net. FYI, I help people suffering from cervical, thoracic and/or lumbar problems to recover thru alternative methods which is exercise. I am not a licensed medical person BUT again, the right person to ask. If you are having a hard time going in/out of your car and cannot get up from bed without someone helping you, drop me a line.
This is your chance to avoid a back surgery. Thanks.
